These photos are samples of beads made with some of my translucent canes. In order to get the best clairty the cane slices must be very, very thin; tissue paper thin.

The best way to do this is with a tissue blade, the blades I sell are used in the medical labs and are extremly sharp, they must be used with extreme care and are not to be used or touched by children.

After the slices are applied to the bead I use another helpful tool I call my "magic wand"; it is a 1/4" x 6" acrylic rod, it is the perfect size for smoothing out the slices and incorporating them into the background without distorting the image on the cane.

Please contact we with any question about these items.
